Native Clevelanders are proud and resilient people--especially its musicians. Cleveland hip-hop artists DRASTIC and Syx Slim make such native pride plainly evident with their latest single release "Keep It Cleve."
The track, "Keep It Cleve" is an unpretentious, synth-filled, relaxed-tempo ode to DRASTIC and Syx Slim's undying loyalty to a city that proudly endures in the face of (what is arguably) undue criticism from non-residents. The two confidently make a case for Cleveland's rise as they trade verses in a manner that turns deaf ears to critics of the city.
In the hip-hop realm, some keep it real, and others keep it true. DRASTIC and Syx Slim always prefer to "Keep It Cleve."
